Delivery & returns
We will pack your order in a black presentation box, black card sleeve or velvet pouch (depending on the item). Your jewellery will arrive enclosed in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope.
We send all orders by Royal Mail, either by first class post, recorded delivery or special delivery (depending on the value).
We are happy to exchange or refund any item (except earrings – see below) if you return it in original and saleable condition accompanied by the receipt. If you would like a refund we must receive your return within 10 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange we must receive it within 28 days.
You can bring your return to our shop or post it at your own risk. We recommend a compensation slip is filled out at the post office for items of £12 and under. For more expensive items, we suggest recorded or special delivery. Posted returns must be in their original packaging in a padded envelope. We can’t refund or exchange if items are damaged when they arrive.
The law prevents us from restocking earrings. Please don’t return earrings unless they are faulty.
